I’d always loved flowers and being out doors with nature and after travelling to some weird and wonderful places I knew it was what I wanted to do and haven’t look back since. After studying at Hadlow college and working in a shop I decided it was time to start my own business so I could share my passion and creativeness with you lovely lot.
Weddings can be a bit overwhelming whether they are big or small but with my enthusiasm, passion and love for flowers I will endevour to make this experience as enjoyable and stress free as possible for you.

Arranging a wedding can be very, very daunting! With the minefield of decisions it can go from being a joyous process to a stressful one, or at least that’s what I thought. With the help of Jo from J.S Flowers the start to finish of my experience in picking the perfect wedding flowers was a stress free, exciting and thoroughly enjoyable process.
Jo very quickly and taking up hardly any of my valuable bridezilla time talked over my colour scheme, looked at my church and reception location and came up with a beautiful mood board of options for bouquets, pin holes, table dressings and cake toppers which were all absolutely stunning. Considering she had little direction from me she managed to know exactly the type of thing that I wanted and give me a few different options to enable me to make a final decision on what I would like for my big day.
Jo had the perfect measure of professional advice and listening to what I wanted and making sure I got it! When faced with problems such as “How will I get my flower girls (ages 2-4) to hold, and not demolish, a bouquet” she came up with some very pretty wands with ribbon floating from them which not only looked fabulous but also have been kept and played with since.
She made a potentially stressful decision making process simple and guided me as to what would look good without being over powering, Jo was so friendly and approachable I felt I could ring her if I had any ideas I wanted to add to any of my flowers or if I had any questions at all.
The flowers themselves were stunning and exactly what I wanted. I could not have asked for anything more from Jo. Jo took care of every single detail for me on the morning of my wedding and extra little touches such as the flowers being delivered in beautifully decorated boxes made my day extra special.
I couldn’t have asked for a better service and have used Jo countless times since as she always knows exactly what I want without me needing to specifically direct her. Whenever I order flowers for my mum she remembers the flowers that my mum likes and whilst asking if there is anything specific that I would like creates the most stunning bouquets time and time again no matter what my budget is.
Not only do I use Jo for bouquets but I also have had a Christmas wreath from her every year since she started to make them and always get comments about how beautiful they are and how amazing they smell... what a fantastic first impression for all the visitors I have at Christmas!!!
